- You understand it's an educational tool, not financial advice.
- You're responsible for your inputs and decisions.
- You agree not to misuse or break the service.
- You accept we provide it "as-is" with no guarantees.
We agree to:
- Run honest calculations based on your inputs.

Acceptance
Welcome to Soverene. By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, you can’t use the site. We may update these Terms. Continued use means you accept updates.
Who can use InvestEd
Soverene is for people 18 and older. You must be at least 18 to use it.
What Soverene is (and isn't)
What Soverene is: an educational planning tool that:
- Simulates financial scenarios month by month;
- Shows feasibility, timelines and failure points;
- Explains results in plain language (via optional AI).
What Soverene is not:
- Not financial advice. We don't recommend securities, financial products, tax positions or legal structures, and we don't tell you what to do with your money. InvestEd ranks the approaches you choose between, on a metric you select, using only the figures you enter, and shows what each one costs. Acting on any of it is your decision. We only change a plan when you tell us to.
- Not a prediction. We don't forecast markets, rates or economic conditions.
- Not a guarantee. Your real-world results may differ based on factors we can't simulate.
- Not a substitute for professionals. If you need advice, hire a licensed advisor and seek professional tax guidance.
Estimates and assumptions
All calculations, projections and AI-generated explanations are estimates based on your inputs and stated assumptions. Actual outcomes may differ. You are responsible for reviewing results and validating decisions with qualified professionals before taking action.
Your responsibility
- Provide accurate information to the best of your knowledge.
- Use the platform for personal, educational or exploratory purposes.
- Make your own decisions based on your judgment.
Soverene does not make decisions on your behalf.
What you can and can't do
You can: use InvestEd for personal financial planning, run scenarios, save plans, compare options, and give us feedback.
You can’t: use it for illegal purposes, try to hack or break the service, scrape or automate access without permission, misrepresent yourself, resell or commercialize Soverene, or violate any laws.
Your data and account
You’re responsible for the accuracy of inputs you provide, and for understanding that results depend on your numbers. We handle your data per our Privacy Policy. We don’t connect to your bank. You can delete your account and most of what is tied to it; some things stay, and the Privacy Policy lists them.
Soverene is passwordless. You never create or remember a password. You enter your email and we send a six-digit code; codes expire after 10 minutes and can only be used once. Forgot which email you used? You can look it up with your name and phone number; we’ll only show you a partially hidden version of your email and never expose it in full. Once signed in, your session stays active for 7 days. We use service providers to send your code and run sign-in. By signing in, you confirm that the email address you provide is one you own and control.
Access through a partner
Some organizations may give their members a link to Soverene. The organization does not run Soverene and is not responsible for it. We do not send your data to them. These Terms apply the same way.
Ownership
Soverene owns the website, code, design, and calculations, as well as logos and branding. You own the inputs you provide and the scenarios you create. You give us permission to store and process your inputs and chats so we can run Soverene for you. You may use Soverene for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, resell, or create derivative works of the service without permission.
AI explanations
- Calculations are done by our engine (deterministic math).
- AI explains results in plain language. AI doesn't compute outcomes; it interprets them.
- Responses are generated by third-party models and may occasionally be unclear or incomplete.
- AI doesn't give advice; it explains math.
- You're responsible for verifying AI explanations against the raw results.
- Your plan numbers and what you type are sent to the AI provider. Do not type names, account numbers or other IDs.
See “How the AI works” for details.
Disclaimers
- No warranties. Soverene is provided "as-is" and "as available." We don't guarantee error-free operation, uninterrupted service, results suitable for your situation, or accuracy of AI explanations
- Not financial advice. Soverene is educational, not advisory. We don't provide investment, legal or tax advice. Calculations are simulations, not guarantees. You're responsible for your decisions.
- Limitation of liability. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for financial losses from decisions based on Soverene, errors in calculations (though we strive for accuracy), service interruptions or data loss, or third-party service failures.
Indemnity
You agree to cover claims arising from your use of Soverene, your violation of these Terms, inaccurate information you provide, or your violation of laws or third-party rights.
Changes to the service
We may update features, calculations or content over time. Continued use of the platform means you accept updates.
